In the elegant surroundings of Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, members of Writers Without Borders represented themselves exceptionally well.
As part of the Celebrating Sanctuary events for Refugee Week, spoken-word made its mark on the event with a wide variety of readings from members of WWB. Each well constructed piece was very well received by the many listeners, be they focused or just passing through and this set, set off an afternoon of other exciting performances.
The long-standing connections with this and other groups were further cemented and WWB look forward to other events through the year as part of these creative collaborations.
